Hankook knew its plant was losing compressed air but it had no way of identifying the number and location of leaks without major disruptions to production.

In a short span of time, Tera utilized powerful leak-management software to identify 1,500 leaks. These were quickly fixed with minimal disruption to on-site operations.

In addition, Tera put a leak monitoring and surveillance system in place along with a maintenance plan identifying 500 potential problem areas which Tera will help Hankook keep an eye on in the future.
